Wyatt Adams is a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition and integrative health coach, who has worked with all types of clients, anyone from Division 1 college athletes to busy entrepreneurs wanting to get healthy. He's written a top ranked book on health, nutrition and sports nutrition for Type 1 diabetics. He played competitive basketball, football, golf and continues to "train for life" with weight training, running, basketball, mountain biking and HITT training. He offers two types of training programs: Athlete Optimization and Training for Life.
